What does that symbol mean?
The arrow is representative of a child, as referenced in Psalm 127:4-5.
The crown is representative of our identity in the Lord. God is the King of all the earth (Psalm 47:7). We are His adopted children, heirs and co-heirs with Christ (Romans 8:15-17). We are royalty.
When we launch our children out into the world as weapons against the kingdom of darkness (Ephesians 6:12), we need to do it THROUGH our own identity in the Christ. Our confidence in God and who He created us to be is the very guide we use in order to release our children to be used by Him.
And, incidentally, arrows make terrible crowns.
