Nothing gets me more excited than seeing people connect to God and connect to others.
In the interest of word economy, here’s what I’m into:
I adore the Holy Bible – even the parts that make me uncomfortable.
Drawing people into the freedom the Lord offers makes my heart pound.
I believe in the power and presence of the Holy Spirit.
Art – written, spoken, created - is deeply important to me.
Connecting people with others who have similar passions is my favorite thing.
Without the salvation Jesus gives, I truly have nothing.
The fact that God has adopted me can bring me to tears instantly.

That's right. I'm a child of the 80's and early nineties. You can take the girl out of the 80's but you can't take the 80's out of the girl.
Married to andy since '96
When I first met him in 7th grade, he was giving a kid a wedgie at the water fountain (remember...it was the 80's) before youth group. That night I gave my life to the Lord. I didn't know it then, but I met my husband and my Heavenly Father on the very same night.
Three awesome kids
My kids are all currently teenagers. Lucy has graduated from high school. Jack and Eve are both in junior high in the same grade. Nope - we don't have twins. We adopted Eve from China when she was nine.
I’ve been a writer, reader and creator my whole life.
Even before I could write, I would fill pages and pages with pen scribbles that resembled cursive in my young mind. I always thought that was so weird until I heard Beth Moore did the same thing. I’ve always been a journaler and a book lover. Usually, I’m working through three books at a time.
